About Me

I’m David Rose, a Technical Communication and Information Design graduate with over 15 years of frontline healthcare experience at UCHealth. I work at the intersection of healthcare operations, communication, and user-centered problem solving, focused on making complex systems clearer and more usable in real-world environments.

I spent more than a decade as a Unit Secretary at Memorial Hospital Central, a Level 1 trauma center, supporting high-volume communication, patient flow, and operational coordination. More recently, I’ve worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in post-surgical orthopedic care, strengthening my ability to communicate under pressure and maintain trust in high-stakes settings.

Outside of work, I’m a father of two, an avid hiker, and a creative builder who enjoys sketching, journaling, and tinkering with technology. I’m interested in roles where I can apply my healthcare experience and communication background to improve workflows, training, and people-centered systems.
